NOTE: If you are able to log into the Care Convene application on your mobile device, please use the "Report a Problem" option under 'Settings'. This is the best way to report an issue as it provides a more comprehensive set of troubleshooting information.
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
A valid email address (the one registered to your Care Convene account) is required to submit a ticket.
